Jump start {and round up}

I

o Initial consultation to capture your needs, vision, style and story

o Personalized recommendations of venues and all needed vendors based on your needs, style and budget

o Personalized planning timeline provided to the anxious bride

o Custom Budget Preparation

o Personalized design guide including color selection, inspiration photos and styling advice; the Coordinator will start a Visual Design Board for the client to look at and provide “give and takes” from the ideas gathered

o Review of vendor contracts and advice during your negotiation process

o Serve as “consultant” during planning process with unlimited email and phone communication for advice on  etiquette, guidelines, budget, design and the overall process {this does not include any research during this part of the process}

 

II

o Meeting 6 weeks before wedding date to get the 411, including walk thru of venue

o Review of vendor contracts (dot the i’s and cross the t’s)

o Pre-plan ceremony, processional, and recessional

o Pre-plan reception events & flow of the evening with guidance from the bride and groom

o Wedding weekend timeline creation & distribution to vendors

o Condensed timeline created and given to the bride for distribution to bridal party & family

o Review of visual design board, completed by bride and groom

o Vendor communications, confirmations, and final payment verification

o Final meeting with bride 2 weeks prior to wedding date and final walk-thru of venue with necessary vendors

 

III

o Facilitate wedding rehearsal

o Storage of all personal décor items the night before your wedding {limited to standard SUV space}; client will have to store extra items at Venue or give to family member to bring to rehearsal day

o Available the day of wedding for up to 10 hours {additional time may be contracted at $95 per hour}

o Manage wedding day according to established guidelines, visual design board, and time line

o Point of contact for all vendors, family, attendants, & guests

o Access to our Wedding Day Emergency Kit

o Setup of all personal décor items and on-site décor styling {limits on size and weight of objects}

o Distribute final payments, thank you notes & gratuities to all applicable vendors

o Work closely with all vendors to ensure the seamless continuity of prepared timeline

o Oversee breakdown and clean-up of event

o Ensure that all equipment and personal items depart with the appropriate vendors and/or family members

 

IV

o Follow up with facility for final review and any left behind items

o Follow up with vendors to review event and final billing

o Return small rental items {formal wear, cake accessories, etc}
